Organizational Agility

Mike O’Reilly partners with individuals introducing and exploring agile strategies allowing their organizations to enjoy the benefits of innovative software and product solutions. He is currently engaged as an Agile Advisor for a major insurance firm headquartered in Boston.  In 2004, he founded Savvy Management, LLC, which provides agile and management performance consultation services with a focus on agility. 

He currently shares his passion, knowledge, and experience with students teaching Agile Product Management, and Organizational Agility at the Paul College of the University of New Hampshire and was a co-chair for the university’s first Agile Day in 2019 that featured over 300 attendees and 18 speakers.    

He Possesses a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Pace University, and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from St. John’s Univerity in New York, and resides close to Concord, New Hampshire.
