Introduction to Salesforce Administration

Grace Costa is a B.S. graduate from WSBE at UNH with a concentration in Information Systems Management as of 2010. Since then she spent roughly a decade fully immersed in the Salesforce ecosystem. After a couple of years cutting her teeth initially, she became a founding partner of a small boutique Salesforce Consulting firm based out of Portsmouth NH called VennScience, in which she ran the delivery team, was the Chief Solution Architect and SVP of Client Success. When the firm was acquired by a Canadian fintech company, she stayed on for about a year as part of the integration and then decided to move into the world of academia. She is passionate about Salesforce as a technology and her favorite part of her job was mentoring and training new hires and clients into Salesforce experts. She lives in Exeter, NH and has two young daughters who keep her on her toes.
