Culture as a Competitive Advantage
Emily Hammond has been a Human Resources professional for over 20 years. Emily has held roles of increasing responsibility with both small and medium sized companies, and with manufacturing, technology, and retail businesses. With an extensive background in all aspects of HR including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and training, she currently focuses on developing total rewards programs that attract and retain a talented and diverse workforce. Emily also serves on the Board of Directors at the Richie McFarland Children’s’ Center lending her knowledge of HR to the center. As a 15-year volunteer with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of NH, she also gives back by advocating for the rights of abused and neglected children in NH. As an HR professional, Emily’s professional interests lie in helping companies develop a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent, and supports employees to develop into energized and motivated employees that drive the company’s business forward.
