Allison is a unique combination of roll-your-sleeves-up nonprofit strategic planning and program management savvy, software development expertise, and innovative business optimization experience. An agile software expert, Allison moves easily between tactical problem-solving and strategic program development, always with an eye on process improvement and service solutions that help address client needs.
With 20 years of experience systematizing processes in non-profit, for-profit, and startup environments, she is an active supporter of entrepreneurship. Prior to consulting, Allison was a Partner at a software development firm, Ascendle. She also launched Nearby Registry, an e-commerce startup supporting local economies across the country, which was featured on MSNBC’s Your Business and was sold to a Seattle company in 2015. She helped develop the Entrepreneurship Foundation of New Hampshire and the Governor’s Live Free and Start Council, focusing her efforts on increasing the number of women investors in New Hampshire. She is a Hospice volunteer and long-time supporter and participant in the Prouty, an event to support Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Norris Cotton Cancer Center.
